Students losing access mid-course - is this due to account limitation with H5P.org
Hi,
This is the first summer we have used H5P Moodle plug-in to embed interactive content in a Lesson.
From last week, students started reporting loss of access to H5P content with a message appearing on screen saying 'You do not have access to this content. Try logging in'.
Nothing had changed in terms of browser, course page settings, groups etc
Our technical team are not convinced this is a limit due to use using the .org version through plug-in. But I suspect it is.
Who would we need to contact to arrange a change to H5P.com and how quickly could our student access be restored?
Thanks in advance.

Hi debjstevenson,Correct me
Hi debjstevenson,
Correct me if I'm wrong this content is embeded on this page. If that is the case this means that the students login does not have access to where the content is located. An example would be a course that they are don't have access to. The H5P plugin is completely independent from H5P.org, I am actually using an offline setup to test content locally using WAMP, Moodle/Drupal/WP and the H5P plugin. What you can do is make sure that the students have access to where the content is created.
As for the H5P.com question you can send an e-mail to [email protected].
