Issue with H5P Video Accessibility for Specific Students After Network Interruptions

I'm encountering an issue on our Moodle platform where H5P videos become inaccessible to specific students after they experience network connectivity issues during playback. This problem seems to be isolated to the affected students; for others, the videos continue to display normally. Importantly, there are no resource restrictions set that would otherwise limit access to these videos. This has occurred across multiple courses and has affected various students.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Any insights or solutions to prevent H5P videos from becoming inaccessible after network interruptions would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that the issue is random and it may be hard to reproduce, isolate, diagnose, and find a solution to the issue. There is no guarantee but may be easier if those information are included.
